We also have offices in the United Kingdom, Singapore and Malaysia. In the 1st Quarter of 2012, Barr Publications and Media Services was launched.

Penny Ann Barr is the founder and MD/CEO of Barr Management Consultancy. She is committed to ensuring her clients are 100% satisfied which cultivates ongoing repeat business. Doing good work for clients at a fair price, and making sure to communicate with them every step of the way, helped her to build an excellent reputation as a trusted advisor. That reputation provided the building blocks for the success of the firm that she founded.

Penny has over 15 years of combined professional expertise. Her career began in the Middle East in May 2002, with Dubai World Corporation, where she held various director-level positions in a variety of industries, such as real estate, finance, economic research & analysis, internal audit and business development. Prior to coming to the UAE, she worked for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration for several years at the managerial-level focusing on public administration and operations.

Penny holds a MBA, thesis-based from The University of Manchester, Manchester Business School, U.K. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, U.S. majoring in Business Administration. She is also a qualified ISO 9001:2000 Certified Auditor.
