Barr was setup in 2007 in the United Arab Emirates. In the 2nd Quarter of 2009, Barr Management Consultancy LLC was established in the United States to win U.S. Federal and State Government contracts. In the 1st Quarter of 2012, Barr Publications and Media Services was launched.

Our staff have over 20 years of strategic planning and business development experience and are post-graduate professionals.
